TMS Eyecare Coronavirus Update

Our clinic takes the welfare of our patients, staff, and community very seriously.  The latest from the CDC, in order to slow the transmission of COVID-19, is a recommendation that all routine eye care be deferred until further notice. With this in mind, we have made the decision to reduce our services to urgent/emergent eye care only until Monday, April 6th at which time we will re-evaluate.

If you already have an appointment scheduled in the next two weeks, someone from our office will contact you soon to get you rescheduled for a later date.  We will be available for urgent care and emergencies during this time, and our current plan is to reopen with a “social distancing” schedule and procedures in place on Monday, April 6th.

We will have office hours Thursday and Friday, March 18th and 19th if you need to pick up glasses or contact lenses sooner than later and our lab will continue to process orders that have already been placed.

If you need an extension on your glasses or contact lens prescription or if you are running low on your glaucoma or dry eye medications please contact us and we will do all we can to help you get what you need and make sure you’re taken care of during this unusual time.

With all this uncertainty and confusion going on, all we can do is our best to do the next right thing, and then the next right thing after that.  We feel that under the circumstances the next right thing is to suspend business as usual and do what we can to help; we apologize for any inconvenience and truly hope that you and your loved ones remain healthy and unaffected.

Be well, we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Drs. Tran, Majher, Shaw, Ensley and our exceptional team.
