We offer to our patients and to potential patients free frame adjustments and free labor on repairs, certain repairs require replacement parts therefore the cost depends on what’s broken. So if you need adjustments or lost a screw come in during regular business hours and one of our highly qualified staff will be able to assist you. We have a full finishing laboratory to make your glasses. This speeds delivery time considerably, however, some insurance companies require that we send your Rx to their lab. If your insurance company does not require use of outside labs or if you don’t have insurance we will produce your lenses on site. Our lab manager has over 30 years of experience (all with our company!) and takes great care in producing accurate and high quality lenses. We have in stock a large choice of lenses however some must be ordered with your specific requests (Transitions, Crizal and certain hi-index lenses).
Lenses with Crizal Alize (or Avance) anti-reflective coating are warranted for two years against scratches, one time replacement at no cost. Lenses with TD2 scratch coat (hard coat on front and back surface) are warranted for two years against scratches, one time replacement at no cost. Lenses with “basic” scratch coat (front side only) and any progressive (no line multifocal) are warranted for one year against scratches on the front surface of the lens, one time replacement at no cost. Frames: all our frames come with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Complete one-time replacement within one year from the date of pick up.Complete one time replacement within one year from date of pick-up. To qualify the glasses must be a designer frame and have either scratch coated or polycarbonate lenses and your child must be under the age of 16. Regardless of the reason the glasses break we will replace the frame and both lenses for just $30, just bring in the pieces. This, however does not apply to lost glasses or discounted insurance plans.
We recommend for everyone: The UV coat, & TD2 scratch coat (front and back surface coating), and polycarbonate lenses for childrens glasses.
